Japan Summer Homestay
  • Spend two weeks with host families for this Japanese language immersion program
  • Students will explore various cities in Japan and experience contemporary Japanese culture.
  • Undergraduate and graduate students who have completed JPN 1010, JPN 1020 or with instructor approval are eligible to apply

Poland: A Survey of Polish Culture
  • Spend 2 weeks in May traveling through Poland
  • Students study Polish culture as it relates to their traditional society and future
  • Open to all undergraduate and graduate students
  • Courses available:  POL 2710 (3 cr) or POL 3990 (1-3 cr)

Study Abroad Scholarships

Students wishing to pursue Study Abroad opportunities may apply for grants to support participation in study/internship programs outside the US. Preference is given to programs sponsored by WSU, programs affiliated with WSU and those that grant academic credit. In most cases, awards range from $250 to $1500, depending on length of program and quality of application.
